CONC is a revolutionary app that strengthens the head muscles like those in your face, eyes, ears, nose, mouth, tongue, etc. These head muscles make you focus in and out, move your eyes up and down or to the right and left, move your eyebrows up, close your eyes tight, smile or frown, move your tongue up and down and to the left or right, see colors, move around your mouth and jaw, swallow, talk, smell, hear, balance, etc.

These head muscles should be exercised and strengthened before, during, and after participating in any contact sports.

Trainers are doing an excellent job strengthening all the muscles below the head, but they haven’t been taught how to train all the head muscles.

When the muscles in the head are weak, you are more vulnerable to get a concussion. This is why oftentimes an athlete can take a small hit and get a big concussion.

CONC exercises are patent pending and only take 30 seconds to 1 1/2 minutes per day. They were developed by Dr. Chris Cormier, D.C. and his team who has helped hundreds of people with concussions over his 21 years of practice.
